摘要:21世纪以来,会展业在我国得到了前所未有的发展,对结构调整、开拓市场、促进消费、加强合作交流、扩大产品出口、推动经济快速持续健康发展发挥了巨大的重要作用。然而,在迅猛发展的同时,我国会展业也暴露出自身的不足,在面对竞争激烈、变化多端的市场,怎样发现、吸引、留住客户已成为21世纪会展企业越来越关注的问题。良好的客户关系被会展企业广泛认同为求得生存与发展的重要资源,CRM(客户关系管理)的理念因此也得到各界的响应。

Abstract: Since 21st century, the exhibition industry in China has been unprecedented development, played a huge role in the restructuring, develop new markets, promote consumption, strengthen cooperation and exchanges, expand exports, to promote rapid and sustained economic health development. However, while the rapid development of China's exhibition industry has also revealed that its own deficiencies, in the face of intense competition, changing market, how to identify, attract and retain customers has become a growing concern of the exhibition enterprises in the 21st century.
