荧光石墨烯量子点的制备及表征

论文采用水热法切割石墨烯片制备荧光石墨烯量子点。以氧化石墨烯为原料,用马弗炉加热得到石墨烯片,再通过硫硝混酸氧化,水热切割,透析分离等方法制备出产物石墨烯量子点。
摘要本重庆时时彩的规律采用水热法切割石墨烯片制备荧光石墨烯量子点。以氧化石墨烯为原料,用马弗炉加热得到石墨烯片,再通过硫硝混酸氧化,水热切割,透析分离等方法制备出产物石墨烯量子点。用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、紫外分光光度仪、荧光分光光度仪对荧光石墨烯量子点的特性进行表征。并且,采用透射电镜,荧光显微镜,原子力显微镜,对制备的样品进行观测、成像。表征数据显示,产物石墨烯量子点与原料氧化石墨烯相比,具有了荧光特性,水热切割的时候还把原料中的C=O结构还原;产物还具有尺寸小,发射蓝光的独特性质。17012

Title    Hydrothermal Route for Cutting Graphene Sheets into Blue-Luminescent Graphene Quantum Dots       
Abstract
In this thesis, Graphene Quantum Dots were manufactured via the hydrothermal route with Graphene Sheets. Graphene Sheets were obtained by heating with muffle furnace, Graphene Oxide as raw material. After that,by acid oxidation, hydrothermal cutting, dialysis separation, the product, Graphene Quantum Dots were maked. And the Graphene Quantum Dots were studies in detail by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), UV-Vis spectrometer, Fluorescence Spectrophotometer, Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Olympus fluorescence detection system and Atomic Force Microscope (AFM). The result shows that the Graphene Quantum Dots is provided with the fluorescence property compared to the graphene oxide, and the material structure of the C=O is deoxidized at hydrothermal cutting.
